Warren Lehr began working for the City of Owasso in 1993 at the start-up of the Bailey Ranch Golf Club. In 1999, he left Owasso and served as the General Manager for Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Club in New Mexico, before returning to the City of Owasso to serve as the Director of Parks and Golf in 2007.
Warren became an Assistant City Manager in 2009 and accepted the position of City Manager in 2014, following eight months in an interim role.
Warren graduated from Norman High School. He completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Cameron University and received an Oklahoma Secondary Schools Teaching Certificate.
He completed 70 hours of graduate work at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He and his wife, Nina, have two daughters and a grandson.
