Aligning your values and beliefs
Aligning your beliefs and your values as a leader is one of the most important pieces of being an effective leader. When you align your values and beliefs, it increases your confidence. You know what you believe, and your actions portray that. It also makes you more resourceful for the team that you’re leading.
How Christianity Plays into Leadership Training
When you’re a Christian in a leadership role, you are no longer acting as yourself. When you lead a team as a Christian, your job is to effectively lead your team towards what Christ wants, not your personal desires. It is one thing to be an effective leader, but being a good Christian leader is a whole new job.
Stepping out of your comfort zone
When you succeed as a team and you make progress, you will need to step out of your comfort zone. Nothing will get done if you stay where you are comfortable. When you step outside of your comfort zone, you will grow and learn.
