The Purpose Promise
John explains his journey and background in founding The Purpose Promise. After three major discoveries: that 70% of people didn’t enjoy their work, people spend more time at work than anywhere else and 80% of people who came to John for a new job didn’t know what they wanted out of their daily work life – John decided it was time to change the conversation around work and purpose. Now The Purpose Promise helps people across the country find purposeful employment.
At Work On Purpose
Beyond The Purpose Promise, John also helps run an organization called At Work On Purpose whose mission is to mobilize the workplace for Christ. When it comes to helping Christians integrate their faith in the workplace John shares, “when the Lord moves in our life we get to steward our story” we get to give our story of faith and our experience as a gift to others.”

“The marketplace mission trip has been a profound experience. How profound is it that we can experience the same experience with people we don’t know in the digital world.” Through his experience in Follower of One’s Market Place Mission Trip John has continued to be reminded of how his faith can be an integral part of his daily life, leadership, and career.
