Integrating faith into career coaching

The Lord calls you to be the example of Christ to others. Career coaches meet and interact with a lot of people. Career coaches are in a unique position to be the light of Christ to others. 

The importance of prayer

Prayer is so important, especially in the context of finding a job and in career coaching. Praying for the Lord’s will to be done and thanking the Lord in your career is so important. The Lord calls for us to give thanks and for His will to be done.

Letting the Lord work through your work

Career coaches are in a unique position to interact with so many clients. Allowing the Lord to make decisions in your work is following His will. Following His will and allowing Him to call the shots is what He calls us as Christians to do.
