God’s Temple
Ancient gods were housed in temples. When the Jews went to build a temple for God, he inhabited the temple. The Jews didn’t have an image of God that they could “put in” the temple. Our God wants us to worship him in spirit and truth. So if our body is God’s temple, what does that say about how we live today?
