Marketplace Mission Trip Day 5 – Speak For Yourself

By Taylor Martin

Speak For Yourself

If someone asked you what you believe, would you have an answer? People will ask and it is important that you have a personal answer ready. You have a chance to introduce your reasons for your actions. Back in step 3, you began to practice your answer. Now, when you get a chance to speak up, speak for yourself. Use “I” and “me” statements and explain your reasoning.

Watch our video to find out the importance of speaking for yourself about why you serve others in the workplace.
