The passage for today is Proverbs 12:15. It says, “The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advice.”
This verse tells us that we should not be too sure of our own opinions. We should be open to listening to advice from others, even if it is not what we want to hear.
When we are open to correction, we are more likely to make good decisions and avoid making mistakes. We are also more likely to be successful in our relationships with others.
Let’s all remember that we are not always right. Let’s be open to listening to advice from others and let’s be willing to change our minds when we are presented with new information.
Let’s also remember that we are all works in progress. We are all learning and growing. Let’s not be afraid to ask for help when we need it.
