When we first go to work in our first jobs, we are taught that we should do what our bosses want. And we set into motion a temporal idea of work. We begin to build habits that have our boss or our desire to be our own boss as the ultimate guide for our daily work. In Romans 6, we find that we become slaves to whoever we obey. Do we obey our bosses, or the world, or ourselves?
