Colossians 3:23 NASB
Louie Giglio of Passion City Church delivered a sermon based on Colossians 3:23 where he explains what it means to do our work heartily. In the video, Louie pointed out 6 main questions we ask ourselves or God when we want to do our work heartily:
- What more can I give?
- What more can I learn?
- How can I
personally advance the organizational mission? - How can I shine (for Jesus)?
- Who can I help?
- Where is my reward?
Basically, these questions stretch our minds. For many of us, work becomes a grind within weeks of entering the workforce or starting a new position. But we know better. We know God has more for us than grinding in our jobs, locked in our cubicles. So, don’t waste your work!
